- Your Unemployment Insurance Account Number and tax rate will be on previous tax filings or on the Notice of Unemployment Insurance Tax Rate mailed by the Department of Workforce Services. If you have questions, please call (307) 235-3217.
- Your Workers’ Comp Account Number will be on previous tax filings or on documents from the Department of Workforce Services. If you have any questions, please call (307) 777-6763.
