Year End Payrolls: Important Dates – Paid

Running Payroll for Direct Deposit around bank holidays

Christmas Day and New Year's Day are both bank holidays. If you plan on processing payrolls within the last week of December, you will need to be mindful that the holiday period may potentially cause delays in fund transfers.

If your pay date falls on Monday January 1st, you have three options. All payrolls need to be processed before 8PM PST to have the desired check dates below:

Thursday December 28	Tuesday January 2
Thursday December 28 through Monday January 1	Monday January 1	Please note: This option is only available if you pay your team with paper checks instead of direct deposit.

NOTE: If you choose Paper Check, you will be responsible for providing that paper check directly to your worker along with their pay stub. We currently do not offer an automated paper check solution.
